YIL Fellowship 2025 – Final Stage Application
Congratulations! You’ve Made It to the Final Stage!
You’ve demonstrated exceptional skill, innovation, and leadership potential, and now you’re just one step away from becoming a YIL Fellow participant. This final stage is your chance to showcase your creativity, critical thinking, and ability to communicate your impact.
What You Need to Do
DEADLINE: 5th April 2025
For this stage, you are required to:
✅ Create a YouTube video (not more than 2 minutes) where you respond to one of the five topics below.
✅ Upload the video to your personal YouTube account with the title: “YIL Fellowship 2025 – [Your Selected Topic]”.
✅ Irrespective of the topic you have selected, start your video by introducing yourself and explaining why you should be considered for the YIL Fellowship.
✅ Paste the YouTube video link in the submission form at the bottom of this page.
Submission Guidelines
✅ Video Duration: Maximum 2 minutes
✅ Language: English
✅ Video Title Format: YIL Fellowship 2025 – [Your Selected Topic]
✅ Video Description: Briefly introduce yourself and summarize your video content.
✅ Privacy Setting: Set the video as Public or Unlisted (Do NOT set it to Private).
Choose One of These Topics for Your Video:
1. “What Makes You an Exceptional Innovator?”
➡️ Share a defining moment in your journey where you applied innovation to solve a problem.
➡️ Highlight your mindset, creativity, and resilience in overcoming challenges.
2. “My Greatest Contribution to My Field and Its Impact”
➡️ Discuss a project, initiative, or contribution that has had a tangible impact.
➡️ Explain the problem, your approach, and the results.
3. “How the YIL Fellowship Aligns with My Vision for the Future”
➡️ Share your aspirations and how the fellowship will help you scale your impact.
➡️ Connect your passion, skills, and goals with YIL’s mission.
4. “An Unconventional Solution to a Big Problem”
➡️ Identify a major issue in your industry or community.
➡️ Propose an out-of-the-box, innovative, and practical solution.
5. “Leadership & Ethical Decision-Making: A Story That Defines Me”
➡️ Describe a real-life leadership or ethical dilemma you faced.
➡️ How did you handle it, and what lessons did you learn?
NOTE:
Irrespective of the topic you have selected, start your video by introducing yourself and explaining why you should be considered for the YIL Fellowship. Why should we be proud of you?

✔ Impact & Leadership Potential – Your ability to inspire and lead change.
Final Steps & Next Announcement
After the submission deadline, our panel of judges will carefully review all videos and select the final cohort of YIL Fellows. Successful candidates will be notified via email with further instructions.
